    This thermometer is ideal for measuring and adjusting your temperature of the plastisol ink during the drying process which allows to adjust your oven or your flash dryer

    It will let you adapt the process of polymerization according to the support used.

    This thermometer helps to determine the right temperatures of drying to obtain a perfect quality of polymerization.

    Plastisol inks require a dry at a temperature of 150-160° C between 2 and 3 minutes to polymerize. A process of polymerization adapted to the ink and to the support will insure the holding over time of all your productions.

    By too high or too low temperature baking, the inks may hold less on the silkscreened support. That’s why we advise you to often check the temperature of drying of your appliances.

    The use of a laser thermometer reduces the mistakes of drying. It is recommended to often check the temperatures of backing during the process of polymerization and to heed the inks and screen-printed features.

    The diameter of the test zone must be superior of the spot laser size.

    The diameter of the test area must be larger than the size of the laser spot.
